The following USJA Pledges are to enable the USJA to resolve all outstanding financial issues of the USJA, place the Association on a solid financial foundation for future generations within sixty days, and enable development of specific programs within the USJA as designated by the contributor.  Contributions can only be used for the specific purposes identified by the contributor.  

Please make all checks payable to the USJA and in the memo section note the area funded.

Pledge contributions to the USJA are deductible for income tax purpose in the United States.  In order for a donation to qualify as a charitable contribution for 2001, it must be delivered or mailed to the USJA by December 31, 2001. If the donation is mailed, it must be postmarked by December 31, 2001 to be claimed for 2001.  You will receive an email receipt for tax purposes for all On-Line donation.  For more information, please contact the USJA at one of the following:
