Annual Membership and Sustaining Life Membership provide a 12 month period of excess accident insurance for all Martial Arts in accordance with the current insurance contract, as available, for that time period. Insurance is effective immediately at all sanctioned events (classes and clinics) and 24 hours after date of registration for normal practices Annual membership dues and LM donations are non-refundable. USJA membership dues are not tax deductible; however, Life membership donations above the regular Life Membership fee are tax deductible.
